Not only are they interesting, but they are great quick references for the results of the races. Worth the time.

Amazing the stuff you can find on YouTube. This clip is purported to be a Thomas Edison film from 1900 - and possibly the first automobile parade in New York. Regardless of the particulars, this grainy piece of film is an interesting peek into the past to the automobile in its infancy.
