Updating Zanesville

The great thing about history is that just when you think you have things figured out, new evidence is unearthed that forces you to reconsider everything. The hardworking history professor Dr. Elsa Nystrom recently uncovered articles about the September 9, 1903 Zanesville, Ohio auto racing accident involving Carl Fisher that contradict the evidence I had already gathered. Now, I don't know what to believe. But I guess a big part of history is keeping an open mind and recognizing that what you think you know is a tiny fraction of what you don't. So, was Carl Fisher driving the Mohawk racer that plowed into a cluster of spectators at Zanesville's county fair track? Read the articles linked from this post and decide for yourself, because I sure as heck don't know. But be prepared to change your mind if new information pops up later!
