George Souders - Miller, Not Duesenberg

Thanks to the Paul Sheedy Collection for this photo of 1927 Indianapolis 500 winner George Souders. Note the margin notes and the logo badge on the nose of the car as it was a Miller, not a Duesenberg. Souders drove a Duesenberg to his "500" victory, but the significance of this photo is that it calls out the fact that later that same season he drove a Miller in competition. The margin notes also indicate this photo was taken at the old Ascot race track.
