Auto racing historian Michael Ferner suggests that this photo was at Sheepshead Bay, New York in 1919. Given that, Michael identifies the cars as Duesenberg (#9), Hudson (#27), Stickle Special (#21) and the Packard of Ralph De Palma. Michael indicates the Stickle was a Duesenberg/Hudson.
