This is a terrific bio piece done on Dario Resta shortly after he began competing in the United States in 1915. He had only recently married Mary Wishart Resta, the sister of one of the young chargers of the day, Spencer Wishart. This is an excellent source for anyone interested in Resta's career.

Dario Resta - 1913 French GP

The original source reports that this is a photo of Dario Resta in a an English Sunbeam at the 1913 French Grand Prix in Amiens, France. Resta won at Indy in 1916. He finished sixth in this event.

This article describes plans of Indianapolis-based manufacturers to enter the classic road race at Elgin, Illinois for the 1910 edition of that event.
